The Skinny on Weight Loss
Most of my clients are dealing with chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease or obesity. Regardless of what nutritional advice I give, I find it always helpful to start with a good detox/cleanse. Detoxing the body of built up toxic waste in the colon and given the hard working liver some support can always boost the results of any nutritional regimen.
The detox I recommend includes healthy, clean eating of mostly lean protein and lots of non starchy vegetables. You would be avoiding dairy, wheat, sugar, alcohol and coffee. I also recommend a detox product that includes a fiber drink and supplements that support liver detoxification. Below are some breakfast examples you can have while on the detox. You can learn more about the detox supplement and order by clicking on the "nutritional supplements" tab on this site.
