Now that you've detoxed and feel clean from inside out what's next? Hopefully the detox has jump-started the path to a healthier you! During the detox you were consuming whole, unprocessed foods. This should be the norm for you now--a way of life. Take time to plan your meals, make a grocery list and cook. I know-- the word "cook" is almost a bad word but being able to prepare simple, healthy meals is important. Some foods require little to no preparation. Also, sauteeing, grilling, and stir frying are various cooking methods that can help create healthy meals which are creative and exciting. Or why not try to jazz up familiar ingredients with a different spice combination. Before you know it , you've created a new meal. Some of the spices I use include curry powder, cumin, red pepper and chili power. I also use a lot of onions and garlic in many dishes. Why not challenge yourself and see what new flavors you can create by using a different spice!
